11:30 - 12:30 p.m. - Lunch at Diamond's Steak House
Diamonds Steak & Seafood, a family owned and operated restaurant, always puts their guests first. The group tour menu allows tour patrons to select one of three delicious entrees and dessert is Diamonds famous carrot cake served warm with cream cheese icing. 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. - Tour The Opera House
The Howell Opera House was built in 1881. Tour patrons will learn of the prominent role it played in the community until 1924 when typical opera house entertainment began to fade in popularity and it was shut down. Today the Livingston Arts Council has restored the first floor and made The Opera House a vital entertainment venue once again. Rumors persist about the "hauntings" in this beautiful historic building. Tour guides will share the history, legends and lore of this fabulous facility. 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. - Howell's Mainstreet Winery and Tasting Room
Located right across the street from The Opera House, this attraction is the perfect place for your group to rest and relax. Sample from over 30 varieties of wine all made in-house. A special package may be customized for your group that includes one or more of the incredible appetizers served here. The friendly staff knows all about the ghostly hauntings associated with this historic building and are willing to share the eerie stories with tour patrons. 2:45 - 3:45 p.m. - Livingston Centre Historical Village
Fowlerville has gathered a collection of historic buildings into one location at the Fowlerville Fairgrounds. Tour patrons visit a one-room schoolhouse, barbershop, cobblers shop, Farm House, Barn, a railroad depot, and a lovely turn of the century church.
